Delivery Information
For UPS: Orders placed before 3 PM EST will ship the same business day (unless it is a reglazed item or reproduction toilet tank lid that requires an additional week of handling and processing), and often orders placed up to 4 PM will also ship the same day. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day. UPS tracking info will be sent to the email address that you provide once the package it scanned it at the UPS terminal that evening. These are automated emails from UPS that sometimes get picked up by spam filters and put in your junk folder, so please check there before requesting a UPS tracking number.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes except in very rural and specific situations. If you wish to ship to a PO Box with UPS please verify before placing your order with UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) that the address is acceptable.
UPS provides guaranteed delivery times but like most large companies has a book of terms and conditions for that guarantee, which you can find here: https://www.ups.com/content/us/en/resources/ship/terms/service.html?srch_pos=1&srch_phr=terms+and+tariffs. If there are extreme weather conditions, especially snow in the winter, your package may be delayed and they will not guarantee the delivery date in those situations. If you have extreme time constraints, please contact us before placing your order to ensure it can meet your needs. UPS delivery estimates are based on business days. Holidays and weekends are not considered business days. Next day shipments ordered and shipped on Friday will not arrive until Monday (unless there is a holiday on Monday causing it to delay til the next available business day).
If you are placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, the delivery method you choose may cause you to pay customs brokerage fees, and your government may charge import duties. These are costs we can't control and are typically unaware of in advance. If you have any questions about these fees you are encouraged to contact your government and the shipping carrier you select to find out what fees may be applicable. As of 6/9/2020, here is the link for UPS brokerage fees to Canada which are based on the value of the item you are purchasing: https://www.ups.com/ca/en/shipping/zones-and-rates/customs-clearance.page. You may also want to research self-clearing your package to see if that is a viable option to save the costs UPS charges for brockerage. Brokerage fees can be quite high and we don't have any control over them.
For items damaged during delivery: Do not ship the item back to us! Call us at 855-715-8265 to initiate a claim. All UPS packages we ship are automatically insured up to $100. If it arrives damaged and we have another one in stock, we will ship you another item with the same shipping method immediately and file a claim with UPS for the damage. We will need you to keep the item for up to 2 weeks in case UPS wants to inspect it for damage verification. If we don't have any more in stock will will issue a full refund and file a claim with UPS, with the same 2 week hold in case they need to verify damage.
