We ship the majority of our orders via UPS on the same business day it was ordered, when orders are received by 3 PM eastern. If you have a need for your product to arrive by a specific date it best to call (855-715-8265), text (828-479-5293) or email (sales@cheaptoilettanklids.com) to receive confirmation the item is available on the shelf ready to go out that same day. It is rare, but occasionally we discover our inventory was off or an item on the shelf was damaged and unable to be replaced. We do have a network of suppliers to reach out to and in many cases are able to track down another of the same item within a few days, or may have to cancel and refund your order.
