Includes porcelain only. Does not include tank lid. Tank lid 3-742 and internal parts available separately. Note that this item was manufactured by Crane Plumbing. Crane was purchased by American Standard, and American Standard is now using the same tank lid 3742 for the 4192A tank, but the tanks are not interchangeable like the lids are. This tank has a 5.5" bolt spread and the American Standard 4192A has a 6.5" bolt spread. Carefully measure from center to center of your bolts before ordering to avoid costly return shipping charges.
